We conducted on-site research directly at Circle K located in Yogyakarta. Some key points I gathered during the research include:

Order Process: Observing and understanding, how cashiers input shopping item data.
Products: Asking about the types of food products sold in the store and how to handle them.
Inventory: Asking about the inventory process, its rules, and how goods come in and go out at the store.
Payment: Asking for information and paying attention to the payment process.
