We conducted on-site research directly at Circle K located in Yogyakarta. Some key points I gathered during the research include:

  1. Order Process: Observing and understanding, how cashiers input shopping item data.

  2. Products: Asking about the types of food products sold in the store and how to handle them.

  3. Inventory: Asking about the inventory process, its rules, and how goods come in and go out at the store.

  4. Payment: Asking for information and paying attention to the payment process.
